Transactional/Informational SMS Campaigns 

(Membership & Appointment Reminders)

1. Messaging for all types of “Club Membership” Transactional / Recurring, service-related SMS campaigns (annual maintenance services, account notifications, service updates) that a customer would sign up for on the website along with a “YES” checkbox at the front. This would also go under customers facing Chat Box areas on the website (Podium, PulseM, etc.). One Version – NO short or long version:

I would like to receive autodialed informational text messages e.g. membership home service reminders (annual maintenance services, account notifications, service updates) from GoHero Home Services to my mobile number provided above. 1. All Transactional / Automated SMS “Club Membership” Campaigns will include the word “Membership” in the SMS language stating that this is a part of the customers’ home service membership and/or annual recurring service e.g. HVAC tune-up, Electrical Safety Check, Plumbing Inspections, etc.

Hi {{customer_first_name}}, it’s time to schedule your Free Plumbing Inspection with {{company_name}}. Reminder: this is included in your membership! Please schedule with us soon by replying here or calling us at {{tracking_phone_number}}.

Messaging for all types of “Appointment Services” Transactional (One Version – NO short or long version), service-related SMS campaigns (appointment reminders, tech arrival times) that a customer would complete in a form fill (when a user completes and submits an online service request form on a website, landing page, or app for service). One Version – NO short or long version:

• By submitting this form and signing up for texts, you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, technician arrival notices) from GoHero Home Services at the number provided. Promotional SMS Campaigns

1. Below is the messaging for all promotional campaigns and the customer would sign up for these via a signature form when the technician makes a residential home visit. Attached and below is the updated form from GoHero Home Services. These forms with signatures will be kept in the ServiceTitan database and we could also capture these forms on a weekly/monthly/annual basis to be stored also with USA Hometown Experts. The ServiceTitan language will mention “adv./promotional” texts in the form language: Updated Text messaging copy that will go into the technician form:
   • “By checking the box below and signing this form. I authorize GoHero Home Services to send Promotional text messages to the phone number provided. I understand that the messages may be sent via an autodialer, that message and data rates may apply, and that I can reply Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
2. All Promotional SMS Campaigns will include the language:

“Reply STOP to cancel.”
